During our lifetime on a daily basis we go through so many experiences, thoughts, positives, negatives, obstacles, arguments, joys, tears, laughter a multitude of things that can change hourly, daily, weekly.
The number of situations our bodies and minds are faced with each and every day can be just simply exhausting and thoroughly taxing on our systems.
This in turn can cause immense frustration in our lives and with such accessibility to social media and Reality TV, it can often cause such envy, and depression to what people are viewing in terms of other peoples portrayed “perfect lives” that this can leave you bewildered and frustrated that you are not who and where they are at.
We really need to nurture ourselves in the art of ACCEPTANCE and non comparing allows you to be yourself and not being judged.
Accepting where you are now gives you the internal strength to focus on where exactly it is you want to be.
Focusing in on yourself is not selfish, but an armour you surround yourself with for the next level in your life.
Let us accept who, what and where we are in our lives and lead the most abundant and nurturing lives we are here to live.
Accept our flaws, strengths, bodies, co-workers, habits, even the driver that cut you off on your way to work this morning, which turned you into a raging mess and left you frazzled and angry. I mean really so what its no big deal in the grand scheme of things.
Just Accept and feel lighter and freer. Certain things in our lives are out of our control, so just learning to accept them just simply makes life so much easier.
