Letting Go

To, make the decision in life to Let Go of that which no longer serves you is one of the most powerful loving and honouring acts of service you can do for yourself, and those around you who are affected by us.

It gives you the freedom to believe in yourself and not letting yourself be led by anybody. Not listening to their ways of being which they think you should follow.

Be, your own advocate for what is best for you, as ultimately only you know what that is.

Do that which serves your highest good always and never ever compromise.

Letting Go, means you have the freedom to write the script of your life. We are always co creating at all times.

Holding on to the toxicity of that which no longer serves you, blocks this necessary flow.

So, this is the question. I mean where do you even begin?

We are all having different experiences in life but as always we keep in with our 7 days of principle.

I am going to cover some of the main culprits.

Which, we all will possibly and more commonly face at some stage of our lives.

Let Go Of

1 Toxic Relationships

2 Self sabotaging negative self talk

3 Harmful and destructive behaviour either to yourself or others

4 Toxic food, chemicals, beverages that not only harm you and your family but our mother earth and all sentient beings

5 Self Doubt

6 Gossip and untoward aggressive and hurtful comments on social media

7 Anything that no longer serves you. You ultimately know what that is because it keeps manifesting and rearing its ugly head in your life. It is up to you to take control and be brave enough to know that you are worthy of a wonderful life.

To Conclude

I will be going into this subject in more depth next week.

It would be wonderful to have your comments and stories of what you have let go of recently and how it is positively impacting your life.

    • Yes, I love that, Freedom being the operative word. You just got me thinking in regards to another post. Freedom is so important. We are just so bound and constrained with so many societal and family traits that it is stifling. I appreciate your comment.xxx

  • Letting go gives us freedom – wow and yes so so true!

If something strongly stuck in you from childhood or other life times, it is not easy to let go but if we make it as ‘significant’ it will be significant. So now I always ask ‘does this matter to me?’ I actually got this words from my yoga teacher. And I love it. Making ‘things’ lighter and I can see that from little distance.

Thank you Saskia for giving me more tools I can use. Looking forward to next blog!
    Xxxx

    • Thank you so much for your kind comments. It means a lot to me that you got a great sense of my Blog. I really love what you said that your yoga teacher said. ‘Does this matter to me’? such profoundly strong yet simple words.

I feel we should always ask ourselves this question, especially during the times that something is agitating us and not sitting right. Does this matter to me? I love it. The next blog will be up this coming Sunday the 24th, look out for it. I will be mentioning it on my Instagram.
Once again thank you so much for taking the time to read it xxx
