Having, being devoted to my mind, body and soul for years now. I have been fortunate to try many different studios, classes and keep up a consistent daily practice of Tracy Anderson and P Volve at home.
I recently spent under 2 months living in London. Which I will not be doing again as I personally do not like the energy there.
But, I can assure you I made the most of it. I was temporarily residing in Notting Hill Gate, which was perfect for a 15 minute walk daily to the Bodyism Studio.
I have always loved the ethos of Bodyism, which is the exact same ethos that I embody and that is of kindness, not just to yourself, inside and out.
But to each other. To make a better world for us all to live in.
I had a months membership and went to the studio, almost every single day.
They really do have a wide range of classes.
The ones that I went to were Yoga, Pilates, and Signature Advanced. There were different styles of Yoga and I loved every second of my time there.
The teachers were all amazing. Really truly beautiful classes.
It is so fundamentally important for me to connect daily with my body. This in turn connects me to my mind body and spirit.
To me there is no other way of living. I do not want to ever just exist. I want to live out every possible wondrous outcome of this life.
I am blessed with a super healthy body and that is because I have worked at it for years and years.
I have invested a tremendous amount of time, money, research and my life into the pursuit of what I deem to be now a super healthy life.
Of course, I strive to always be better each day. Not in a competitive way, because I am not a competitive person. But, for myself. I always always do an inventory in my mind and journal daily.
Knowing that each day, I am nourishing my body, with movement, organic food, beverages, fresh air. Well as much as you can get of that in London, for instance.
But doing my best every day for me.
So that then I am the best for my clients and the world.
There are enough stressed, unhappy, individuals right now and it is up to each of us individually to not add to this. We are living in a consistently disconnected society.
Sadly, people are more connected to their devices than they are their minds, body and spirit.
Wow, it is truly disturbing to me how one can be so deeply attached to a phone.
At least if you are so attached to your phone.
Ask yourself. When was the last time you actually used that device to ring someone that you know. Just to check in on them?
Connect with yourself, others and your inner being.
Be kind to yourself and others Always and for ever.
With love, kindness and gratitude
