My Fasting Experience
My aim is to always give you relevant, worthwhile, articulate, honest and informative information.
Everything, is from my own well lived and researched experience. If you have your own relevant experience on any of the topics I will be sharing. Please do not hesitate to contact me and let us share, our experiences.
After all, for me it is about sharing our love of shared experiences. And also being open to different viewpoints.
This is super important.
There is a thoughtful reason behind everything I do. I only do what aligns with me.
How many of you have actually sat down and questioned your reasoning behind anything and everything that you do.
There is such a disconnect within society. And people are just going along in a hamster wheel doing, everything without an actual thought process or awareness behind the deed.
Doing everything from a place of love to and for yourself is key.
To me Fasting, is a deep and cellular act of self love. It is not about restricting anything.
But actually being able to set precious time aside for your mind, body and spirit. Where actualisations actually manifest. This is not restrictive but a highly transformational process.
Which in turn allows you to gain more in your life in many ways.
- Feeling into your body
- Feeding your mind
- Connection with Self
- Congruence with others
- Deepening into the world around you
Live with the seasons, and do not eat just because society told you that you have to eat 3 times a day. Why do people buy into this mentality. Once again it is the sheepoid mentality.
Literally and figuretively being fed what you are told. Think for yourself and get in tune with your body.
What aligns with you. What foods and beverages make you feel Just Naturally High.
Instead of being devitalised, angry, constantly in a rush and Busy, my least favourite word. So overused.
What About This
Creatively cleansing your life. Tuning in to what you need and assessing that constantly.
After a time, it will become second nature to you and you will literally not accept anything that does not feed, your body, mind and soul.
We are all supremely different and enjoy different things. I personally adore fasting, and the more people I seem to come across, are really inquisitive about this. It’s not something new, yet people are really unaware of it, and feel like it is going to be a deprivation rather than an asset and a complete overhaul of their lives.
Do Your Own Research
Do what inspires you as opposed to what depletes you.
Over eating, over drinking, over in fact anything depletes you.
Why would anyone knowingly do that to themselves?
Because, they do not want to shift out of their current state, in which they think what they are doing is beneficial and so called normal.
Fasting, allows you the nurturing time for so many people, finally arrive into their bodies. It is a sacred time in which you actually get to be in tune, with your inner and outer.
What Aligns With You?
Why? are we societally pushing and punishing ourselves.
Why? this ludicrous competitive oh so Busy nonsense all around us.
Why? has it become a ridiculous badge of honour when people state that they are Busy.
What is their real perception of Busy?
Fasting is a time to validate your true needs and desires.
Your life plan and how you want to live the best life ever.
Unfortunately society, has lost its centre it’s true core literally, in how you are supposed to feel.
To, me you do not just eat for the sake of eating.
How are you digesting your food?
You are even digesting with the negativity going on in your head.
All of this is significant in our daily lives and within the fasting process.

What I truly loved about my stay at the clinic. Is that everything is thought out.
You are encouraged not to overdo anything.
There are a wonderful array of activities and therapies. But do we need to do them all, or do you need to rest nd reset.
Fundamentally this is the reason for many people to come to such a place.
I am fortunate that I am not ill, and I continue to go to these clinics and live a super healthy lifestyle as a matter of prevention, rather than a cure.
The staff, rooms, cleaners in fact everything is first class.
There is a simplicity and an order and structure which I love.
Being so organised and scheduled myself. This clinic suited my needs perfectly.
I highly recommend this clinic.
I will be going more in depth about Fasting in a later post. And this particular clinic.
This post has taken longer than expected to put out as I have been in between moving.
One major factor I do recommend after any fast is to take it easy with everything.
Do not rush back into anything and also don’t be addicted to your phone.
To me it defeats the object.
In fact cut out all toxic behaviours, people, places and things.
