By, not listening to yourself, well then who and what are you listening to and ultimately allowing them, whoever they are to define you and determine your sacred destiny.

As much as I love sheep, this is not what you are.
As you ask for what you need spirit always responds. You just have to get into alignment with it.
Yes, we can all be derailed at times, this is part and parcel of being human. But, the key is to acknowledge it and get right back on track. Ultimately by not doing this the only person you hurt, always is yourself.
7 Days Of Principle
As always we start with our 7 Days of Principle.
This is a gentle and slow flowing formula to start adopting new additions into our life. To basically align and be the highest versions of ourselves. Starting 1 day and 1 week at a time.
Stop convincing yourself about something that you know deep down is not working for you.
How is that serving you
Everyone is not right for everything. Find what works for you.
Just because Yoga is in, you don’t have to do yoga.
What supports you best. Not what supports your friends, family, husband, boyfriend.
Stop compromising on what your true self deserves and desires.
Its about realising how you are living your life. On what level you are vibrating on.
Your health and wellness are paramount. Be honest with yourself.
What conditions are you allowing?
How are you allowing people to treat you?
Are we cocreating and is it conducive to our spiritual self.
So many people are living a lie and telling themselves lies every single day.
Do not limit the Universe. The universe is abundant.
Health is not just about what you eat but how you speak to yourself.
How you allow others to treat you. How you treat yourself and others.
When was the last time you felt like yourself?
Do you even know what that is, because you have conditioned yourself to accept a certain way of feeling and being.
Who are you, have you asked yourself that. Do not let the world dictate to you who you are, you decide.
You decide your path what works for you what doesn’t.
Don’t conform to society telling you, Oh you have to go to University and then spend years paying off student debts. How is that working for you.
If that is what you want to do then great do it, but please don’t just conform.
If your burning desire is to not go to University and open a business great do that.
Do what feels right for you, what sits right with you.
And if the people around you are not supportive, well, its time to take another turn.
You will always attract the right people and the right circumstances, as long as you are in the right alignment with your highest good.
The rest, well that will all just fall by the way side.
People who you thought were your friends and places, situations, certain aspects in your life will all start to be super clear, when you get clear and ask yourself

So, starting today with our 7 days of principle. The next time something feels icky, just not right.
